These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aura Games. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Entertainment Only

• Introduce malware, scrape the service at an unreasonable rate, or use the service to build a competing product without permission.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit site content except as allowed by law or written permission.

Leaderboard Content

You retain any rights you have in a display name you submit. You grant Aura Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that name with your score for operating and promoting the leaderboard. Do not submit confidential information or another person’s personal information. We may edit, hide, or remove names and scores that violate these Terms or undermine fair play.

Intellectual Property

The Aura Games name, site design, game code, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by Aura Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. See our DMCA Policy to report claimed copyright infringement.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Availability and Changes
