DMCA Policy

Aura Games respects intellectual property rights and expects its users and content partners to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners may report material they believe infringes their rights and how affected parties may submit a counter-notification.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe material available through Aura Games infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and the exact Aura Games URL where it appears.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Where to Send a Notice

Email the complete notice to our Copyright Agent at support@auragames.example with the subject “DMCA Notice.” Incomplete notices may delay our response.

Our Response

We may remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice, notify the affected party, request more information, and take reasonable action regarding repeat infringers where appropriate. We may forward the notice and the claimant’s contact information to the affected party.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the original complainant or that person’s agent.

Send counter-notifications to the same email address with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notification.” We may restore the material as permitted by applicable law unless the original complainant informs us that court action has been filed.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notification may result in liability. Consider fair use, licensing, and other lawful uses before submitting a claim.
